Welcome to Unique Signals, a service provided by Proximity AI, Inc ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

• You use AI-generated content at your own risk and discretion

The materials on Unique Signals are provided on an "as is" basis. Proximity AI, Inc makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall Proximity AI, Inc or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Unique Signals, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Proximity AI, Inc does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice. Any information or materials made available through the Service are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset. This applies to outputs generated by AI systems, demo environments, or chat features integrated into the Service.

The Service is not intended to provide medical, clinical, diagnostic or health-related advice. Outputs from the Service must not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before taking any action based on information obtained through the Service.

The materials appearing on Unique Signals could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Proximity AI, Inc may make changes to the materials at any time without notice.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Proximity AI, Inc operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
